Charged with creating an exclusive trade event, we set the bar high by converting a hangar at Boundary Bay Airport into an extraordinary VIP experience for many of Vancouver’s top industry leaders.

Challenge
We were entrusted with organizing an exclusive trade event featuring a unique location, an innovative theme, and seamless integration of technology to create a truly exceptional experience for some of Vancouver’s most influential industry insiders.
The
Solution
After three months of planning and a three-day build, we transformed a hangar at Boundary Bay Airport into a 28,000 square foot VIP industry terminal. Guests were whisked away to the secret location via private highway coach or aboard our chartered “Peer Influencer Plane,” which transported 30 top industry influencers from Vancouver International Airport. Upon arrival, guests were promptly checked in, greeted with personalized announcements displayed on an LED Wall, engaged with brand ambassadors showcasing new products, and treated to multiple bars, viewing platforms, and live entertainment throughout the night.

Result
The client was thoroughly impressed with the event, which treated over 1200 industry staff from around Vancouver to an outstanding trade experience.
