Marriott Bonvoy, the official hotel sponsor at Coast City Country Music Festival in Vancouver, tasked 10 STAR with crafting an exceptional brand experience for their VIP members, aiming to both enhance their existing membership base while attracting new members during the weekend long festival that attracted over 75,000 attendees.

We had a lot of fun and rose to the challenge by creating an unforgettable brand experience that matched Marriott Bonvoy’s vision. Our team developed and constructed a custom three-tiered VIP treetop lounge catering to 250 of Marriott’s VIP Bonvoy members. Complete with a private bar, panoramic views of the festival grounds, and a 360-degree VIP perspective, this exclusive space truly elevated the guest experience and was a massive focal point within the festival.

Through gamification, we eased the enrollment of hundreds of new members. By signing up to become a Marriott Bonvoy member, guests had the opportunity to spin a prize wheel for a chance to win exclusive prizes ranging from including artist meet and greets, Marriott Bonvoy gift cards and more.

The success of the Marriott Bonvoy Treetop experience left the client extremely delighted with the activation’s impact on new membership acquisition, brand awareness, as well as consumer engagement. With over 700 new signups, 10 million brand impressions, and over 700,000 points redeemed at 2 exclusive Marriott Bonvoy experiences, boosting brand recognition and consumer interaction.
