Securing venue partnerships was crucial for the event’s success, enabling complete brand immersion during the race weekend. Negotiations secured prime placement for standout assets: an “Undefeated” McLaren Supercar, a bespoke McLaren Mega Helmet DJ booth, and branded photo activations, enhancing the event’s atmosphere and engagement

Additionally, at DEAR, we seamlessly integrated permanent branded features for sustained brand visibility post-event. These features encompass branded cabanas, a Videri digital collage wall, and custom display bars, enriching the venue experience and solidifying brand recognition.
