Our challenge was to design a summer-long brand activation event that would elevate brand awareness, boost conversions, and build brand loyalty for our client at Toronto’s premier waterfront venue, Cabana Pool Bar. We set out to create a compelling experience that would engage audiences, drive sales, and strengthen the relationship between the brand and its consumers.

Solution

Partnering closely with the client, we curated an upscale outdoor experience, enriching Cabana’s South Beach ambiance on the Toronto waterfront. The activation featured a lush garden haven, exclusive private cabanas, our innovative custom laser engraving program, and mesmerizing iridescent cubes, transforming the space into a luxurious retreat for all to enjoy. At Cabana Pool Bar, the spotlight shines on entertainment, with weekends bringing iconic names such as Steve Aoki, Kaskade, Tyga, Nora En Pure, Lil Jon, and more to the stage.

Result

The success of our brand activation efforts during the summer was evident in the numbers: over 15,000 product sales and a turnout of more than 50,000 guests. These metrics reflect the effectiveness of our brand activation strategy, showing widespread consumer interest and engagement throughout the campaign.
